Alisha is passionate about educating her clients and creating a strategy to make their real estate dreams a reality. She believes that regardless of price point or timeline everyone who walks through the door should receive excellent service and a partner to help them achieve their goals. Alisha Riddile was raised in Northern California and attended Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles County. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and minored in marketing.
Prior to starting her career in Real Estate in 2015, Alisha worked as the Executive Team Leader for Human Resources for the Target Corporation in Glenwood Springs and oversaw 125 employees. This gave her a unique perspective towards the challenges navigating the real estate market in a high cost-of-living area. With the goal of helping others, she started her education at Colorado Real Estate School and within 3 months successfully closed her first two transactions. With the addition of their first daughter, Emmy Rae in 2017 and their second daughter, Brynn in 2020, Alisha’s passion to help others deepened. Alisha wanted others to have the opportunity to not only live, but raise a family in this wonderful community. She reached out to local human resource professionals and created tools to help those moving to the area find sustainable housing. It is this professional dedication to unparalleled service and her marketing background that has quickly proven her success.
In 2016 Alisha was named “Rookie of The Year” for Aspen Snowmass and Roaring Fork Sotheby’s International Realty. In both 2016 and 2018 Alisha was the youngest rookie to rank in the top ten for New Castle home sales out of over 200 Realtors. In 2018 she was recognized for Outstanding Performance and ranked in the Top 35 of over 150 brokers within Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty. Most recently in October of 2020, Alisha launched the Embryn group under Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, built on the foundation to advise, give and serve. Part of bringing this vision to life was the commitment to donate 10% of every transaction back to support local charities in the community. Through the harmony of both the vision of the Embryn Group and the power of the Keller Williams Brand, Alisha is able to customize the experience for each client whether working in residential, commercial, land or luxury.
When not busy marketing or showing homes, Alisha can be found offering a helping hand wherever she is needed. Alisha is passionate about giving back to her community whether serving on the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors scholarship fundraising and selection committee, volunteering at local non-profits or for the Girls on the Run program. Her family emanates the same passion as her husband serves on town council and her father-in-law is the Mayor in New Castle. As a full-service broker, Alisha believes that using a real estate professional should greatly enhance and benefit the buying or selling process and with her on your side, the transaction will be seamless.
